Every flare-up, every peace talk, every single bit of it is an opportunity for escalation and opportunity that the people who are running this war from Tel Aviv are taking every advantage of every single time. We're nearly five months into this. When it all started, you remember this, the Israeli-owned Trump administration swore up and down that all of this would only last for a matter of just mere days. Now here we are. Thousands of American troops are deployed all over the Middle East. The scenes that we are seeing all across the Middle East, the scenes that we're about to see as the sacrificed bodies of Americans are returned in boxes and shoved into Amazon vans, these are the scenes that have been playing out over and over again thousands of times by now for decades on end this country has been in a constant state of war in the middle east since 9-11 and if we're really being thorough here this country has been in a constant state of war in the middle east for a whole lot longer than that so long and so often that it's actually hard to put a date on when this country became bogged down in a never-ending conflict that's cost the american people trillions of dollars thousands of lives and really their entire country it was desert shield then desert storm then after desert storm the united states enforced a no-fly zone over iraq that ultimately ended up starving hundreds of thousands of people to death together with the united kingdom and a preview of the iraq war era coalition forces the united states launched multiple missile strikes against saddam and the iraqis in the late 1990s and even that wasn't the beginning. Way back in the 1950s, the Eisenhower administration was landing thousands of Marines in Lebanon to make sure that the political process went the way America and its central banking handlers on Rothschild Boulevard wanted it to go. And at the very same time, this country was installing and propping up the Shah in Iran, which directly led to where things are in that country today. Over and over again, America has waded into the Middle East, and it's all blown up in the American people's faces. And all of that is by design. And the protesters, the victims of these Iranian death squads that Donald Trump is talking about in his true social post, they work for Mossad. They work for the CIA. Now, yesterday, we played a clip here from Israeli National Security Minister Itmar Ben-Gavir, who is vowing to seize control of Gaza and the West Bank and complete Israel's genocide of the Palestinians. That clip has gone viral now all around the world. And as that clip has gone viral, as we would expect, Ben-Gavir's fellow Israeli attention whores have started to get jealous. And so now, psychopaths like the finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, are speaking out in video clips of their own. And Smotrich, or Smotrich, I don't have any interest in properly pronouncing these Israelis' names. This guy, this psychopath, is also calling for Israel to finish off its Palestinian genocide under the guise of liberating Gaza.

and this works for the two of us. The results of the war will be and they will be able to do it only in the same way. If we decide that the war is going to end and we will be able to do it and we will be able to do it and we will be able to do it. And this is what we will do. And this is what we will do. in general, but also in this, that it's not even more than enough, we also said that there's a security, there's a security, and it's just the simple thing.

attack this wasn't an isolated incident and by the time the official government narrative was rolled out those very same people the ones with half an ounce of discernment knew that it was all a lie they knew that some lazy-eyed homosexual trans chasing furry loving lone wolf gunman didn't scale the side of a building like spider-man in broad daylight assemble a rifle and shoot Charlie Kirk in his neck bones of steel. wanted to ask you about was you've talked about it before you wanted to look into the charlie kirk thing obviously very tragic what happened there and very odd the aftermath and all that i i'm open to pretty much any story but i i think the way it's been presented publicly the optics at the very least have have been bad and you know we've covered it a little bit in here but but not a ton but you had said you were a little bit stonewalled in trying to look at details there

what were the specifics with that well by the time charlie was killed um the fbi was already mad at me for butler so we were already like kind of adversarial in terms of like you stop asking questions um so when charlie was killed obviously whenever there's a uh a terrorist attack or like an assassination of a prominent figure nc national counterterrorism center will investigate in parallel with the fbi in parallel yeah in parallel because we're looking for foreign ties and once once it's established there's no foreign ties nctc stops we're done because we don't do anything we don't we don't do anything domestically um so with the kirk case he was killed in a very public event um he was in that international figure he had lots of international connections so we were in the very early phases of looking at you know potential and i say potential because if there was something that i knew definitively i would i would say it sure um we're in the initial phases of looking at you know potential international ties we were quickly told like like, hey, stop what you're doing now because we have Tyler, we have a suspect. We have Tyler Robinson in custody. And to me, I was just like, okay, well, fine. You have a suspect. Great. Do the FBI criminal investigation. Do that whole thing. We need to continue to look at all the potential foreign ties because there was people who clearly had pre-knowledge. There was people posting online who said that Charlie Kirk was going to die that day. So like the idea that he simply worked alone, maybe we'll find out that that ends up being the case. Although when you people posting and have pre-knowledge of his assassination i'm going to go on a limb here and

say more than likely there's something else at play here another one plus one equals another

yeah another one plus one until we until we disprove it it's our duty to run that down uh and then also too like look charlie had a lot of foreign ties um there's you know what's been disclosed about the the disputes he was having with different donors you know pro-israel donors um so i i felt on the international front in terms of international connections potentially to any foreign individuals, foreign entities, or foreign governments, we had more work to do. The way any investigation works, you run down 100 leads and 99.5 of them were total BS, right? So a lot of the stuff that I wanted to do, maybe it was going to end up being nonsense, but there was still more work there that I thought needed to be done. So that was my issue with the Kirk case and the fact that I think we were pulled off a little bit early on that one.

What was it first that caught your attention where you said, hey, you raised your eyebrow, and you're like, yeah, no, I don't believe this. This is not what happened at UVU.

So I would say definitely when there was conflicting stories with the FBI of we have the guy, we don't have the guy. you know the pants dropping you know was to me just a huge red flag everything about that made me feel very suspicious also I just feel like in every school shooting and thing that goes on it's always like a trans shooter it's like the go-to and I just felt like before we even knew for sure I'm like I bet you it's going to be this it just is always that for some reason

Always the lone wolf gunman Always the transgender And it's always a political wedge issue That has been used as a weapon of division in our country

You know, where normally people don't debate these things We know as real Americans, as believers in Christ We know as Bible-believing Christians We know as human beings with a soul and with discernment That this isn't right and then all of a sudden we're being force-fed this narrative

always it seems to be the trend you know like i said with everything that happens you have school shootings and stuff and it's always the same thing you have looked into uh the security

detail for charlie kirk that day and i find that to be actually really interesting rick cutler i understand was brought in after being out of the country he had never worked for turning point usa he had never worked for integrity security solutions with brian harpole's firm which of course just conveniently is located 11 minutes from the gates on fort huachuca a whole nother you know ordeal but harpole was the head of security there he was contracted through his company, which is, again, Integrity Security Solutions, which I find to be kind of comical. And the team consisted of reportedly around 12 people, military, law enforcement. And these people were like battlefield medic ready. These people, you know, they had medical training. They had trauma kits. They were all there. But the people who were carrying what we now know is, was Charlie's lifeless body to this SUV, which we're also looking into, and I want to talk about that, they consisted of people like Rick Cutler and Brian Harpole and a pastor. I think that would be the moment where these other medically trained combat veterans would be there trying to save the principal's life. They would form a bubble around him. They would jump on top of him. did you look into at all the security detail? What have been your findings? What's piqued your

interest about Brian Harpole's security that day? So I had looked into the security team in the very beginning. I knew Integrity Solutions was like, I think something like, I think 11 minutes, if I'm not mistaken, from Fort Huachuca. I thought that was weird. I did look into Dan Flood, which if I'm correct in the beginning, because now everything mashes together with you know just all the information that Dan Flood was with I believe it was Resolute and so was Andrew I thought that was weird and then I started looking into Lori Fransvay and you know I just realized how all the security seemed to be intertwined with either her or Turning Point with Andrew so it's really interesting how that all happened and then you just have frank turek who's you know from what so i told you originally that i had a source that was talking about you know people there and you know that allegedly frank turek wasn't as close with charlie as were told that he was uh like he was like a son for to him and that apparently wasn't supposedly that's not the case so it's like another person that's just kind of newer to Charlie's Circle. So I thought that was weird. I also thought that the security team, it was interesting in the interview with Sean Ryan, Brian Harpool said he didn't want to give names out, especially full names, because he was worried about his security being doxxed. So we never got to know every single of the 12 that were there. And when I looked into the security and I found other footage that happened to be basically buried on YouTube, it was from um who was it jeremy king uh had given a video to the news station and it was footage from that back parking lot and when they were loading charlie in the security was running from the opposite way and i thought well wait a minute so you would cover the back parking lot but you wouldn't cover the staircase that would give you the ability to get to the roof how does that make

sense it didn't make sense but that's a really good point and there was no ambulance there either And, yeah, why would Frank Turek be allowed to help carry Charlie? And then I believe that we were told that Frank Turek is the one who administered CPR to Charlie. And they only did that for like 20 or 30 seconds. So this was happening at the time that they were pulling in a Timpanogos Regional Hospital where nobody saw him. Nobody saw Charlie Kirk. There is no staff at Timpanogos that has said that they saw Charlie Kirk. We've looked into it. We've made phone calls. We've established contacts. Nobody that worked that day at Timpanogos remembers the SUV pulling in, Charlie Kirk coming in, Charlie Kirk seeing a doctor, Charlie Kirk being triaged, Charlie Kirk being pronounced dead. Nobody at Timpanogos has any recollection of that at all whatsoever. My kid's mom works in an emergency department. I know what they look like. I go there frequently to bring her, you know, a midday wake up, a coffee, lunch, something like that. Just the kind of guy I am. Anyway, and I know where the ambulance bay is. I know where the helicopter landing pad is. And I've been at several, during my days as a bounty hunter, I've been to several emergency departments at Regents Hospital in St. Paul, at HCMC in Minneapolis, and then all over the country. If we were on transport, I had some guy from Arkansas that faked a heart attack and we had to stop somewhere along the way to hennepin county jail and i've been in all kinds of different emergency departments these things are all adjacent they put the ambulance bay right next to the receiving area of the emergency room because for efficiency purposes they have to get them in there nobody remembers that do you find that curious and and also what what are your thoughts on frank turek this would have been a five to eight maybe 10 minute drive from where the SUV was parked at UVU to Timpanogos Regional Hospital. And he only thought to start administering CPR to the lifeless Charlie Kirk 20 to 30 seconds before they pulled in. I mean, was that all a show too? What are your thoughts

on that? So I have a medical background. I actually used to be in medical device sales and I've worked in and out of emergency rooms. So I have a medical background and I will tell you that everything about, you know, them giving CPR did not seem right to me. Watching them go around the table, the way they carried him into the car, they should have, in my opinion, never even moved him. So that was weird to me. I also think it's extremely weird that nobody in the ER saw Charlie Kirk come through the ER. That was very odd to me because most ERs are full all the time. So how did nobody catch video or no one on social media said, Hey, I was sitting in the waiting room when this was going on. Not necessarily that we would have.

footage, but you would hear people talk about it. You know, most people will get on the internet and say, oh, so-and-so ended up in this hospital. That was very weird to me. Frank Turek claiming to give CPR was hysterical to me. Like, I don't believe he gave CPR. I don't think they did it

all personally. Yeah, they didn't appear to be very concerned about, you know, forming a perimeter or scanning for additional threats. And I know that that's not Frank Turek's job. That is Brian Harpole's team's job to do that. Instead, they were just like hyper focused on this rapid extraction and into that SUV where we have seen still photos, images of shards of glass all over the place, you know, and combine that with the tearing up of the ground that was right underneath Charlie Kirk. Well, obviously they did that because there were shards of glass there. There were traces of explosives materials that were put inside of the weaponized lavalier microphone. I guess we haven't had this conversation before do you believe that charlie kirk was killed by way of a lavalier microphone that had a shape charge in it are you on board with that theory i'm on board with that more than i am the 30-06 for sure well yeah i mean anybody that believes that a 30-06 have you watched videos or do you have any personal experience with firearms my husband was in the

army so i know that you know he told me immediately he's like there was there's no way that was a 30-06 so we knew like right away that that wouldn't have been the case um i do believe john bray's theory i think it's the most uh plausible it makes the most sense to be yeah i mean i don't

know if the army uses 30-06 firearms uh i have plenty of times deer hunting and i've seen the trauma that it inflicts on deer i've seen what it does to mule deer white-tailed deer i've seen what it does to elk. I've seen the exit wounds on these things. The neck is very soft tissue. And if a 30 at six round, no matter what the grain load was, if a 30 at six round hit that neck, there'd have been nothing left of that neck. But going back to the security detail, because that's what I want to get to here. What have you learned about Rick Cutler?

So I'm trying to think of what I would have recently learned about him. I just remember it was more or less and when i was going through the security team it was for me what really triggered me it wasn't just one specific person actually was more brian harpool talking about how he vets his employees and talking about how they put all the information into an app and they can change the information in live time and then he told sean ryan that they take something like two weeks to a month to go over the security plans and he said in that interview that we look for you know far where the fire department's going to be uh the nearest hospitals all this information goes into an app and so they all can change things in real time to adjust so if that was the case and all 12 of them had this information stew why did they have to gps the nearest hospital you're saying that you do a month two weeks at the least to vet these things he said we know where ems is we know the fire departments we know the routes we know hard corners we know you know we do a threat assessment all these things but yet you guys were i mean how was how was that anything that their behavior sorry did not look very much like they had a lot of pre-planning to me. They had no idea EMS was anywhere around. They actually waved off a medic in that footage from Jeremy King. Where did the medic come from? They came from towards the side. So when they were carrying Charlie to the car and they were trying to put him in that side, a medic came over. There was someone with a medic bag. I believe it was EMS. And they basically were just like, shoot off. They didn't take anything.

Don't you think that there would be an ambulance parked right outside where that SUV was?

Yeah.

Right there in the escape route, there would be an ambulance.

You would think.

That would be required, you would think, by UVU, their insurance riders, their policies. It would be probably required by whatever insurance companies was, you know, like underwriting the entire tour that Charlie Kirk was going to be on, Turning Point USA insurance riders, Brian Harpole's Integrity Security Solutions insurance. And you would think that an ambulance, especially you're going to have 3,000 people or more gathered in live attendance, people get claustrophobic, people have panic attacks, people get assaulted, people pass out, they faint, they're dehydrated, they're malnourished, they have COVID, like whatever. These people need to be seen at any venue and any public gathering. There's always an ambulance. There's nowhere you can look without seeing emergency vehicles. And there were just none there. There were none on any of that.

footage that you see of that parking lot where charlie kirk was rushed into this suv harpole's company has no documented ownership or fleet connection to the specific denali that was used do you have any idea who that thing belonged to or where it's at now i know that it went for

auction and i know that it's sold and it's sold with the mats torn out and they took the seats out so i know that uh i cannot remember the name of they did find out i believe who they thought purchased it i cannot remember the name but it was definitely sold but it was sold without the seats and they did cut the carpet out which is very strange to me there's not a lot of people

that have talked about the driver well it's the vehicle why would you get rid of that exactly why would you allow erica kirk to have charlie's phone

well when she said that on glenn beck's interview i was like that makes no sense for her to have that phone. There's so much. Where's the clothes that Charlie had on that day? I could tell you what, I have never seen a hospital allow anybody to cut anything off of a patient. That's the craziest thing for Brian Harpole to even say.

And what about the company driver, Brian Harpole's security company driver, Justin Davis? What have you learned about him? Not a lot of people are talking about the driver, which I find interesting. We talked about him recently. Ana Escobar revealed that Justin Davis was a name that was Google image searched from Fort Huachuca in the two days leading up to Charlie Kirk's murder. And if you think, okay, so let's just say that this was an exploding lavalier microphone. Well, what do we know? We have a $440,000 Department of Defense contract for an anti-personnel micro-explosive. We have Accurate Energetic Systems who fulfilled that contract in eastern Tennessee, otherwise known as AES. through a defense contractor. They fulfilled that order, and then they sent that order to Crane. Crane is a base that specifically deals with microelectronics and drone swarms, both of which were being used at UVU on September 10th of 2025. You saw the drones all over the place. And these people were all Google image searched as well. People from Crane. AES blew up October 10th, 30 days later. you know that thing had to be transported anytime an anti-personnel micro explosive is made they cannot be just flown around on a fedex plane or you know like sun country or delta or american airlines you know they either have to be driven or they have to be flown privately so it would make sense hypothesizing here if that's what happened and that's what i believe happened uh it went from accurate energetic systems to crane and then had to go to fort huachuca where these things are tested i mean that's what huachuca is it's a it's an intel base they test these explosives it's a border base that's what they do at fort huachuca where by the way they have balloons uh suspended in the air with apparently cameras attached to them that can zoom into a hundred miles without any kind of distortion or grainy type of you know problems with the video footage they can see fort bliss which is about 100 miles away so where's all that video footage i mean yeah you can't foyer request the military for their footage of their secret intel base i get it um but you know justin davis then may have had to have picked up the device that was going to be used at utah value university and have it in the vehicle that was going to arrive you know just before charlie kirks that he could be outfitted by whoever outfitted him with that lavalier microphone have you looked into that person either justin davis or the person who put

the lav mic on charlie so i know that i did watch the show with anna and i did see that in the google trend searches that they were all searched um i'm not surprised at all i do believe that you wouldn't put that device on a plane so i'm with you about it had to be transported via vehicle and we're kind of just now through candace learning that you know who arrived in what vehicle who flew on what plane and what you know how they're thinking everyone traveled um and yeah i do believe that brian harpole's team had to have helped with that moving allegedly especially for that mike because you're not going to chance putting that in a plane in the air

and if fort huachuca is the place where this was planned and i believe that it was because i believe mitch snow when he says that he saw erica kirk in the lobby of the candlewood and in suites with a guy that looked like cabot phillips well we now know um the guy who looks exactly like cabot phillips who was also google image searched from fort huachuca and if fort huachuca was the place where this is planned which i believe that it was they would have an interest in knowing in the planning phases of this who the driver was giving the driver training and instruction and what the expectations are.

where to go and what to do after the shape charge goes into Charlie's chest to duplicate what it might look like if somebody shot with a 30-06 at range. They didn't account for Mitch Snow being on Huachuca. They didn't account for the battery coming out of that weaponized lavalier microphone and going into Charlie's neck, creating the blood exit wound that we saw, whereas brain blood drained out of it. We wouldn't have seen any of that. And a lot of people may not have asked any questions they might have thought well wow this Erica chick is really weird and her behavior is bizarre but I mean I guess that's who Charlie married you know but that neck wound that battery and Mitch Snow have really been I would say probably the the biggest factors in all

this. I definitely think Mitch is a huge part of this, you know, him seeing what he saw. And I believe him. I know that a lot of people are, you know, very leery of that, but I believe him. I believe what he saw, what he saw. And I think that that meeting would have had to take place prior, obviously. And the key players that we all assume were there had to be there. And again, Brian Harpool had to have a team to give down those orders. And to me, when you look at this, you can't say the security put a plan together to protect Charlie because to me, everything was botched from the jump. That's just how I look at it. There was really no plan for all this planning and you have this many mishaps. To me, it's that can't be factually true. To have this many mistakes.

And the people that were allowed around all of this, Frank Turek, he's a close personal friend of Charlie Kirk. He wasn't part of the contracted security team. He helped physically carry Charlie to the SUV. He publicly stated that he performed CPR 20 to 30 seconds before the hospital. a non-security civilian being allowed in the immediate response circle and performing key actions, I just don't see that. Standard protocol would call for the trained security team to control the movement and medical response. Not defer to, I don't know, does he call himself a pastor? Some outsider. None of that makes any sense to me. And for asking these questions, we're like, you know, we're told to go away. We're told to shut up. We're told that, you know, we're all going to get sued into oblivion by the team of attorneys that Turning Point USA has on retainer. And who's luring us into that? People like Andrew Wilson, who were paid by, who was paid by Turning Point some amount of money. I've heard $800,000 to teach them how to debate. So, I mean, Turek's timing, the last 20 to 30 seconds, that appears a little delayed compared to what battlefield trained personnel would normally do, I would think. Do you agree with that?

I agree with that, and I also think they would have did that and left him flat and waited for an ambulance. I don't know anybody who would have transported him like that. i mean they carried him like a rag doll and why if you were 30 seconds away from the hospital why start cpr at that point that doesn't make any sense at that point you're already almost there you might as well wait

blake naff same thing you know he had amnesia i heard him in a space on x uh and he seemed to have amnesia about that day he forgot about when he arrived which was just before charlie kirk arrived. You know, I was talking to Alex Roundtree this morning who works for me. And in Alex Roundtree's professional experience, he's dealt with presidential campaigns in Iowa. He has dealt with congressional campaigns. He has run campaigns. He's been a part of running campaigns. He's been on something called an advanced team. And that's what Blake Neff was supposedly in was the advanced team. They go there a lot of times, minimally hours in advance, sometimes even the day before, depending on the size of the event and Alex was on one of these teams multiple times and you arrive at least hours beforehand if not days and you start setting up tents and you start you know talking to venue staff about movements and where people are going to be let in and where do the vips go and where's the merchandising table where will the cameras be right back there like I mean everything is set up in advance that's why they're referred to as an advanced team blake neff wasn't advancing shit i mean the guy arrived minutes before charlie kirk at that he arrived on a private jet uh he traveled in the second tpa usa suv which was separate from charlie's denali because they were coming from a different podcast or something and i guess blake neff wasn't that wasn't at that but he was there on this advance

fans team like shouldn't these people be i mean here's my opinion it's my opinion that these people should be immediately remanded to custody and questioned they're lying

the whole thing is so bizarre that i it's hard to wrap your head around for you know many reasons my first problem with some of this stuff is you know charlie was you know a high level i don't want to say celebrity, but in a way, yes. Why would you not have some kind of manifest or some way where people, you know, who get a ticket to this event, it's on a college campus, at least you have an idea of who was at the event. Why were there not metal detectors? You know, they, you know, he didn't want to wear a vest, but then why wouldn't you take other precautions? It's still a college campus. Isn't this about keeping students safe? That was one huge thing that really uh got to me was you know they said oh well we didn't realize it was going to be this big an event you know most events were like a thousand people but that would all be part of the prep that would be the whole point and like you and I talk about scouting things out and looking into things um there was just a lot of failures and bleak enough I mean the man couldn't have ran any faster stew i was like he was like flash gordon like a lightning bolt flash by after the shot rang out i mean he ran so fast people didn't even see him i had to show people like a clip of him running off because they didn't even realize how fast he moved you can't make it up they loved charlie but mikey mccoy literally pivoted and never turned back and looked back not once did not even look back Blake Neff is in these spaces saying, oh, well, we already knew there wasn't going to be another shot. How do you know that? I'm from the south side of Chicago. You hear a gunshot, you're hiding and running somewhere. You're not, oh, there's probably nothing or it had nothing to do with me. That's just not how a normal person reacts. To me that day, surprisingly, I felt like Frank Turek was probably the most honest in his reaction because he dropped to the ground everybody else it just seemed like they i'm gonna use the word allegedly were too calm to not have known something brian harpool didn't flinch mikey didn't flinch you know i mean blake neff ran but again where's the turning back where's the 9-1-1 calls this is your just walked

away on his phone immediately after the bang and like you said like no flinch at all just casually turned and walked away while he was still on the phone this is his chief of staff and i don't know why turning point doesn't want people to know this but that pressure session that meeting in the hamptons at bill ackman's mansion uh mikey mccoy was there i don't i don't know why that's a sensitive subject for turning point but mikey mccoy and then he also told candace owens

to look at andrew covet what do you make of that so how i feel about everything with mikey especially with him talking to candace about looking at andrew is i feel like we're going to start seeing people in self-preservation mode and i think this is this you know this kind of the start of what we're seeing of mikey i know that she says well mikey was very distraught look at this video when they're you know loading the coffin out and he's like you know in the corner you know upset but again i go back to the footage where he walked away calmly he never turned around he didn't call 9-1-1. He's making three-way phone calls. He's, you know, no matter how much training you have, there's going to be some kind of emotion with this. And there was just no emotion. I feel that there had to be some prior knowledge to some extent is how I feel about it. Now, what and how much people knew, that I debate, but people had to know something. You know what I mean? So with Mikey you know I just think that it's self-preservation and it's every man for themselves people are going to start to point fingers to take the heat off of themselves and I think in the beginning the plan was to put Mikey in the forefront like he was going to replace Charlie and when they realized that we weren't having that that you know the people were not going to go with that and he started taking on heat because of his dad and remember Mikey had blood all over him he had blood everywhere you know it was everywhere he had to change and he has ptsd and rob mccoy's out there talking there's no way he had blood in him because he never even turned back he wasn't even standing there so you know i just think him talking about andrew is just a deflection and in a way to deter us from looking and staying on track of the facts of believe your eyes, believe your ears is what I tell people. Your eyes and ears are not lying to you. When you look at that footage, how do you look at that and go, Hey, that's totally normal.

What about Terrell Farnsworth?

He needs to be charged with tampering with a crime scene. I like to take the camera down, stand on a stool uh i believe he put the camera on the table i mean there was so much tampering with the crime scene he looks at the police to see if they walk away if this was me stew and i was at an event and i was doing this i would have been pulled into a questioned room and i would have not been able to go home until they you know at least found out enough to say hey we don't really feel like she had something to do with it it's amazing to me looking at turning point how just basic investigative skills, okay, something that, you know, we all watch the ID channel, stuff that would be normal questions to ask is so offensive in this situation. And it really has made, I think a lot of people feel even more iffy about it for that very reason. When is questioning a widow offensive? Look at any other case when a spouse comes up missing or deceased it's the first thing they do you know you look at the life insurance is there a life insurance policy has anything been changed what have you learned about that well i i heard that what the life insurance or the that charlie was going to change something with his it was either life insurance or trust it was like one of the two and what i was wondering was, um, you know, at first, before you get into the mic idea was if he was changing the life insurance or, you know, something with the trust, I don't know if, you know, some people aren't familiar with this, but when you're changing insurance, you do have to, you know, wear a heart monitor sometimes. And you know what I mean? They look at your health, you go to it, you know, your general practitioner and they get like a baseline for you and so on and so forth to when you're changing insurance, or if you're trying to get discounts on insurance for the company. So that was kind of something I kind of wondered, like, could they have had something on him maybe that we couldn't see, you know, under the shirt or something. And they were like, oh, hey, listen, in order to get your life insurance policy and, you know, this and that, you know, you have to wear this. We have to make sure you don't have any pre-existing heart conditioner. Do you follow what I'm saying? Something along those lines.

That being a possible murder weapon?

kind of i i didn't know what to think i was just trying to think of like what could have been under the shirt when people were picking at like another part of his shirt where they were like was that a transponder or whatever they could i think they were trying to pick glass out of his shirt i think

they were trying to pick glass out of his skin i don't think that they accounted for that glass and there could be a whole litany of reasons as to why uh that tempered glass version rode mike i have them in the studio down the hall in the uncancellable studios and they're not like the last versions of that road mic the the last versions are like plastic i don't know maybe they didn't account for that you would think that these things would have been tested and i believe that they were and i believe that they were tested on fort huachuca that there were demonstrations that that's why there were all these different phases of people coming on and off the base leading up to september 10th which is again documented by irrefutable evidence that has not been explained away by anybody at Turning Point. Andrew Colvitt knows about it. His only response was to post a 20-year-old booking photo of me and then bounce. He blocked me because he doesn't want me asking him questions that put him on the spot because he's uncomfortable because he's a confirmed liar who has been caught lying many, many times, including the time where he cooked up a fake alibi with Erica Kirk for September 8th with somebody else's kids and for the wrong date. Why not just say, yeah, I was on Fort Huachuca. I was there because that's where I grew up. I was there because that's where my mom works. I was there because I have sex with everybody on the base because I'm a promiscuous whore. I don't know any reason. Yeah, we would have all believed any of the above because all of them are true. So why not just say that? And then Andrew Colvett is working with Gary Melton to provide this fake alibi that Gary Melton's dumb ass just kind of like fumbled out and let out there along with all the words. It was like, why do that? I mean, even Andrew Colvett, if I was like, yeah, you were on Fort Huachuca. What were you doing there? Why were you being Google image searched on Fort Huachuca? Because I was there with Erica. yeah i mean if it would have already been erica was well known on the base they didn't have to google image search her because she effectively grew up there she filmed a movie on fort huachuca

Her mom works there. She's on and off the base all the time. Me, they needed to know what I looked like when I came. I was there with Erica, the visiting mom, bringing her a turkey sandwich. They have just lied when telling the truth would suit them better. And, you know, for me, that's like, when you're lying to the public about a murder investigation, that means that you have also lied to the FBI about the investigation. And if the FBI is a legitimate law enforcement entity that investigates crimes like the murder of Charlie Kirk, the most consequential political assassination of our lifetimes, then you would think that they would be paying attention to the public statements that these people are making and saying, well, hold on a second. That contradicts what you told us. It's a crime to lie to the FBI. You're under arrest. And now we're going to talk about why were you lying to the FBI? Because what you're saying about the murder doesn't line up either. I mean, this is just like investigative 101 type stuff here, just understanding basic law and order. That is the process, and that would be what would be happening, including the prosecutor's office, knowing the crime scene no longer exists. They didn't know that. Sheriff Mack is friends with, you know, attorneys that work in the prosecutor's office, and he was like, yeah, what about that crime scene being dug up? And he was like, yeah, I don't know anything about that. What?

What?

I mean, you can't make this stuff up. I mean, the Fort Watchuka thing, I said from the beginning, I said, Erica could have said, hey, I was bringing my mom lunch. Okay. They easily could have accounted for Brian, her pool, and whoever being there by saying, hey, Charlie was nervous. He was getting threats. And so we had a security meeting because we felt that maybe some of these were credible and he was a little bit more nervous. And so we had a security meeting. I mean, it's so simple.

Yeah, I don't think that they would have that on Fort Huachuca, but he could say, you know, I'm a military veteran or I'm an expert with ballistics or I was conducting training on Fort Huachuca or I was receiving training myself for the security company as the principal at the security company that does close personal protection details. There's a lot of reasons why Brian Harpole, who's located 11 minutes from Fort Huachuca, would be on base. Right. These people just freaked out about Fort Huachuca. What's a Fort Huachuca? What is that? some fort in tucson and all the while they're being google image search there because they're going to meetings there that's what i believe and they haven't denied that they haven't said no we weren't on fort wechuca we weren't having meetings and planning charlie kirk's murder they haven't said that instead they just block you and post old booking photos what are you looking into now

seen change who their family members are. I guess Andrew Colbert is no longer going to be married to his wife, she's apparently filed for divorce as well, according to a post that I saw on Axe, which looked to be public divorce court filings.

Yeah, so I said that a little while ago. I talked to someone who worked at Turning Point, and they said that that was true and that it was eventually going to come out. So I had a feeling that that was only a matter of time. And here's the thing. The lies have to stop because eventually it's all going to come out. And as you said earlier, you hit the nail on the head with, why not just come up with a real life excuse. You know what I mean? It's very simple. It would have made her and most of them even a smidgen likable. But what's so disturbing here is the contradiction of lies, the hypocrisy, the being told, hey, you're too stupid. Don't look here. And or they want whatever Mitch Snow has on his phone, which has, and I can confirm this, gone other places as well. so it's like you know hey when when you know that there's evidence and you don't know exactly what it is that that person has i think that's actually really good leverage it's huge and i think that

Um, but obviously it is frustrating, um, to watch people go and look up something and throw it in your face. I think you should look at it. I, I think it's hilarious. All right. Thanks. Well, look, we'll just start off with this. The Republicans are once again pushing amnesty in D.C., and they're trying to backdoor this through an agriculture bill. This is called the Securing the Workforce Act, the Securing the Agricultural Workforce Act. They have to secure their illegal slave labor they've brought in to undercut American citizens by, again, giving them amnesty. And this is being sponsored by Representative Glenn Thompson from Pennsylvania. He's the chairman of the House Agriculture Committee. And it's just, it's real interesting, the timing here. They claim they have to secure their workforce. And, you know, their workforce is now more than ever before when we're talking about big agriculture. And rest assured, that's whose workforce this is. They're talking about big agriculture political donor corporations who need their illegal migrants coming in and working their chicken houses and working their fields. or maybe they don't need them at all. Maybe they're just bringing them in to demographically displace the American people because we've been told over and over again by this same government that's pushing this amnesty, claiming they need them for agriculture, that they themselves are helping to usher in this great AI takeover and this mechanization and robotization of everything, including agriculture. So there's supposed to be these drones flying around and this is supposed to be some kind of agricultural robotic utopia where drones are taking care of cattle and robots are picking grapes and human beings no longer have to work hard. And we don't need illegal invaders. That's one of these entire pitches for accepting all of this. You no longer need to be invaded. You no longer need to go into Wendy's and deal with a person that can't speak English because a robot will do it. You no longer need to have foreign laborers coming into work on farms because robots will do it. So here's all of this ai take over thousands of data centers all over the country and they still are bringing in the illegal aliens to supposedly work on the farms it's because it was never about farming they were never about being brought in here for labor for anything that was just a just a side effect just something that they had going on a side hustle as they were demographically

replacing and displacing Americans and so this guy's bill this this Glenn Thompson clown from Pennsylvania I mean it's it's just they're giving amnesty to as many illegals as they possibly can before the timer ultimately runs out and they just blow the country up but it's they claim that they're not going to get citizenship it doesn't matter they're just giving them indefinite extensions on their presence in the United States and even if their extension were to run out they're already here illegally they've already proven they don't care about the immigration laws and the government's already proven they're not going to get rid of them these people are just sitting around I guess well waiting for their next next extension and now they're about to get it and so anyways it's it's typical these spending bills this is all coming from president mass

deportations by the way this was the guy that was bringing you mass deportations yes exactly it's

you know you go from mass deportations tens of millions to now hey don't worry about it we're just going to deport around 11,000 bad hombres, the worst criminals in the entire country. It's and everybody will just live happily ever after. It's been it's a total rug pull, obviously.

And there's 11,000 people were probably college student who couldn't stand the Jews.

They're eating the dogs they're eating the cats yeah weren't these people like yeah eating things yeah yeah they were eating people's pets in ohio and it's in that was the centerpiece of trump's argument against letting third worlders into the country and now he's just quietly think of

everything that must have gone on in this country for us to be able to forget about a group of people who invaded our country and began eating things eating people's pets in in the midwest totally slipped my mind i've forgotten about that with that with everything that's occurred

yeah that's that's how bad things are it's we just have pet eaters who have no business here in the first place pet eaters from the third world just skating by under the radar and their presence being extended here by president mass deportation himself and yeah it's just flying under the radar because the controlled demolition and the the controlled free fall it's like a it's managed free fall just you know deliberately pulling out all the pieces of the jenga tower here to send this country into free fall that's that's really this government's job at this point and yeah things are so bad that everybody's just forgotten about those pet eaters but look here's one of the things that's so bad in this country at least they're telling us it is is this smoke or whatever the hell this stuff is that's enveloping cities all over the place and it's gone you know all the way down the east coast and all the way down through the middle of the country and it's it's you know i i've experienced this myself everyone who i've talked to who's experienced it it's like this this doesn't smell right sorry i was typing in the chat did you say

the smoke and the smog is that what you're talking about yeah yeah um we were told here in minnesota

that it was canadian wildfires yeah that's right yes exactly and it doesn't smell right and it's it's the the it's not smoke like it's i don't know it's some kind of strange there's a strange undertone to the smell that seems to have enveloped the entire part of the country that I'm in. And I'm getting all of this feedback from people in the comments section of my show and in my Instagram messages. This doesn't smell right. This doesn't smell natural. And it's probably because it's not natural because the wildfires were intentionally started and there's some kind of chemical overlay to all of this. But this is just part of, hey, stay in your house where you're

We can't seem to put out this fire. Yeah, well, that's because it's being fed by chemicals that

make it impossible to extinguish yeah yeah exactly and sprayed from the sky along with all the other

poisons that we put all over the crops that were now burning so that black rock can come through

and get all of this precious soil yeah exactly and now there's a strange twist to this entire situation where we're now canada is saying that american wildfires are now burning and sending smoke into canada so this has turned in to this strange like cross-border feud of wildfire smoke

Donald Trump is trying to smoke the Canadians out to make it the 51st state.

Yeah, get out, we're going to light you on fire.

We're sending smoke up your ass. Okay.

Yeah, yeah, that's right. There's all just this strange economic fallout coming out of it, both sides threatening to tariff one another over this so-called smoke. Again, there's a chemical layer to this, and it's just, where did this come from? At no time in my life do I remember there being smoke warnings from wildfires up and down the East Coast, And it's like it just it comes out of nowhere. It's the constant state of crisis that the whole country's in.

They're just lighting the entire country on fire. I wonder if it's the Jews.

Yeah. Yeah. You know, it's it's hey, it's one of those every single time things. You know, I think you you you start overturning enough stones and you turn up some NGO with some grubby handed guy behind it each and every time. And, you know, across Canada, there's. been hundreds of churches that have just burned just just burned and they claim it's an accident these historic beautiful churches catching on fire and it's oh yeah it just all happened totally by mistake and now those fires have started to spread into new york state and we'll have to see if those just like the smoke spreading down the east coast the chemical laden smoke if the church fires are going to start spreading down the east coast just just totally by accident totally by mistake and yeah, it'll very likely be the same source of church fires and well poisonings and child disappearances all over the world, not just the United States and Canada, all over the world over the course of the past centuries. And you know, that very same tribe of people, Danny Dannon, one of their representatives, one of Israel's representatives at the United Nations, he went on this rampage, this rant to an empty room, waving his finger. And this guy's just gross. I mean, he's drenched in sweat. He's his grease ball. His hair is just covered in grease. And he's just on an absolute rampage to an empty room about how the American people aren't going to dare question or stand up to Benjamin Netanyahu. And of course, this all revolves around the conversation of Zoran Mamdani arresting Netanyahu when he comes to New York in September. And oh, guess what? Now that's all been revealed to have just been a political dog and pony show.

So Mom Donnie says, nobody's going to be arresting anybody, says Donald Trump. No, no, no, that's not happening.

And I feel like the Charlie Kirk murder trial is what to the legal field, what COVID-19 was to the medical field, because what I'm seeing now as an attorney is the same thing my husband must have witnessed where he saw all of his colleagues suddenly become brain dead and programmed and brainwashed. I am watching in real time these so-called attorneys, especially on X, just suddenly forgetting constitutional principles and the law. And this is really being brought into the forefront with this preliminary hearing that we just saw was a total scam. People are claiming that the defense needed to bring in all this evidence and, you know, bring these people on the stand. If the defense didn't bring it up, then it must not be true. And that's just not how the court system works. From what I can see, as an attorney, I've been licensed now 17 years in two states and multiple federal courts, including the Supreme Court. I did not see any evidence that significantly or even ties Tyler Robinson to the area that he there was any evidence that he committed any crime. I don't even see that they presented any evidence that he was on campus that day. I see grainy videos of a person that is not readily identifiable, and it's not even clear the manner in which Charlie Kirk was killed. Obviously, they're claiming it was a gunshot. I don't really see that there is definitive evidence that there was a gunshot. It looks like it's an explosion from a microphone. So it's crazy to me that I'm seeing these lawyers. These are supposed colleagues that are just telling people who have these massive followings that to not believe their own eyes and to understand the evidence that was not presented, that they somehow must be conspiracy theorists. It's totally ridiculous.

And isn't it incumbent upon the prosecution at this stage of these hearings, because these were preliminary hearings that we were watching a couple of weeks ago, isn't it incumbent on the prosecution? This is basically a formality. This is like a grand jury, right?

Well, that's the thing. I was a prosecutor. I was a prosecutor, actually, ironically, in Arizona before I moved to Texas. And this is a type of case where there should have been a grand jury. The fact that they had a preliminary hearing for a murder trial is suspicious to me.

anyway as somebody who's been involved in criminal law this is the type of case especially the way that they presented it having their eye the only witness who is tying tyler robinson to the crime scene with his supposed testimony and supposed confessions who was granted immunity and wasn't able to be cross-examined by the defense if that's the case have a grand jury proceeding because there's no cross-examination or defense counsel present during grand jury proceedings so what are the requirements to convene a grand jury? The prosecution has the power to decide however they want to get the indictment. They could have just had charging documents. They can have the preliminary hearing like you saw, or they can have a grand jury. And in that case, they do everything that they did, but they present it in secret to a grand jury to get the indictment. And it's not very hard to get a grand jury indictment. The only reason why I would say that they would do a preliminary hearing in a case like this is if they wanted to have some sort of public spectacle. Now, I understand people saying that in Utah, that they don't usually do grand juries, but I call BS, especially if they didn't have Lance Twiggs there testifying in person, which they should have. Otherwise, they should not have even presented his testimony or just have a grand, what was the point? That was what I kept thinking when I was watching this last week or the week before was what was the point of this? There was no point. And then, you know,

as an attorney as a prosecutor i wanted to ask you this too um i could probably keep you here for a whole hour actually just pick your brain um but my question for you is when jack posobic and you know the the epstein binder gate phase one crew came out and they all said yeah you know jack posobic and officer tatum and um you know these other people they came out of the courtroom and they were like we saw a 4k super hd clear video of tyler robinson taking the kill shot it's case closed yeah well we then learned that that was fake that that was false right obviously because they're liars and that's all they do they're feds they lie right um couldn't that be charged i mean isn't that tampering with a jury i mean jury selection hasn't even been done yet

Simpson case where we don't think he did it but they're trying to get him convicted whereas in O.J. there was a lot of evidence I think that he could have been convicted and they nullified and they didn't convict him so they're definitely trying to influence the jury but what I also think with Jack Vesovic he's so affiliated with Turning Point from what I understand there's a gag order in place in this case is there not so yeah and I know that Erica Kirk is the family victim, so are the parents. But I wonder how much of that gag order applies to any Turning Point affiliates. How was he able to get out there in public? And if I recall, didn't Benny Johnson say that Erica had told them to go out there and talk? I don't know if that's true. But either way, it is trying to influence a jury. And also, I don't know if you've seen on You have sitting members of Congress that are basically trying to declare. J.D. Vance even said that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk. So just think about that for a moment. You have government officials, government agents, making the definitive declaration that this person is guilty and a jury hasn't even been impaneled. It's unprecedented. It's illegal. He has a constitutional presumption of innocence. and you have government officials and agents and CIA agents likely that are making the declaration

in public, he's guilty case closed. Let me ask you this as the prosecutor, if you are looking for an indictment or if you're at a preliminary hearing and it's your job, it's incumbent upon you to provide all of the evidence that you have in order to take it to trial and look over at the defense table and say, Hey, we'll, we'll see you in court. Wouldn't you, wouldn't the strategy to be to come with everything that you have that is just so compelling that your best evidence

you present the best evidence even if you have to do it through a hearsay witness because in preliminary hearings the rules of evidence don't apply so i was expecting to see their best evidence and all i saw was everything we've been seeing for the last 10 months so if that's their evidence i'm not really confident that they even have a case okay so to put your strongest foot

forward yeah from a prosecutor prosecutor's perspective they didn't play an hd super 4k version of tyler robinson shooting charlie kirk and his superman like neck bones of steel we didn't see any of that happening we didn't see him with a rifle we didn't see him assembling disassembling changing clothes we didn't see any of the things that were reported that he did on video despite the fact that there are flock style cameras all over uvu for parking and enforcement uh despite the fact that we can see the globes the you know like super high-tech

cameras that are all over the uvu campus he was even there the only evidence you have is a screwdriver that supposedly ties him to the murder scene however charlie kirk did not die by

screwdriver and it has lance twiggs's dna all over it as well who now has no evidence that i've seen

even when i watched the video a bunch of times you don't see anyone taking apart and putting to gather a gun no there's none of that so that it was just planted it seems like it was just because i'm also a defense attorney it seems like it was planted there to put him at the scene because i have yet to see definitive evidence he was even there and it could have very well

easily been planted because we know that according to eyewitnesses the neighbors the ring camera people um lance twigs was like around the area um you know there was a bald driver uh was that

Yeah, were they just driving around planting evidence on Palantir property with Lance Twigses and this person that they're calling Tyler Robinson's DNA all over it? Like, I mean, what is this even? As a prosecutor, could you actually try this case? I mean, if you're a judge, could you, you know, take under advisement these preliminary hearings and say, yep, there's enough here, we're moving on to trial?

personally I don't know I I it's a close call that they even met this burden and maybe I'm too biased because I do a lot more defense work now but it's I don't even know if they have they for sure aren't getting anywhere close to reasonable doubt one of the things that we would have to take into consideration when I was a prosecutor is what is you have a reasonable likelihood of conviction that was the in-house metric we would use to determine if we were going to take cases to trial or try to plead them out. Maybe I operated differently than most of my colleagues, because I would generally dismiss a lot of cases if they were like this. Because if I knew I didn't have a reasonable likelihood of conviction, I didn't think it was incumbent to waste taxpayer money to try to prosecute somebody that probably was not going to get convicted. And from what I see, it doesn't even appear that they have a reasonable likelihood of conviction. There's too many inconsistencies, and there's not enough even circumstantial evidence placing

tyler robinson at the scene and you have attorney friends colleagues that are practicing attorneys and you see attorneys online that are saying the opposite oh correct yeah does that make you feel

like you're crazy or some there's some big there's some big uh attorney people on x like i say big they have significant followings and they're saying the opposite they're saying that there's all this evidence pointing to tyler robinson if you don't believe that you're just brainwashing by Candace Owens or whoever. And it's like, wait a minute, there are some of us who actually do this day in and day out for a living. And I'm not seeing the circumstantial evidence. Circumstantial evidence is let's say you didn't see the person commit the crime. I would do this in closing argument. It's like if you bake a pie and you put the pie on the window to cool off and you walk out of the room, you come back and there's no pie, but you turn around and you see your three kids standing there. One of your kids has blueberry crumbs all over their mouth. You have circumstantial evidence that your kid with the blueberry crumbs is the one who ate the pie. Yeah, and from a law

enforcement perspective, you have probable cause to arrest them and then let the county attorney

do whatever they're going to do with them in this pie heist. Right, and in my opinion, legally, professionally, I don't even see how you have a reasonable likelihood of conviction in this case because I don't see anything tying Tyler Robinson to the scene other than a screwdriver supposedly

with his prints and or dna on it you know this is a sham trial obviously as we have discussed here ad nauseum it's a kangaroo court and these people have some sort of a benefit for saying all of this they are being compensated in one way or another yes you know potentially not having these people come after them and their licenses to practice practice law right you know i mean I don't know what it is, because if you're an attorney with a big following and you're compelled to speak out on this, you better be on the right side or your entire firm could be in jeopardy.
